By booking a course, you acknowledge and accept that all bookings are final and non-refundable. Please ensure you have read and understood this policy before proceeding.
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and participation in online training courses and live webinars provided by Vocational Training Services (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or accessing any of our webinars or courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Overview of Services
We provide paid online training in the form of live webinars delivered via Microsoft Teams and, where applicable, recorded content, online assessments, and digital certificates of completion.
All training is delivered remotely. No physical attendance is required.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made via our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Once payment is successfully completed, access to the relevant webinar and course content will be granted via a user account.
3. User Accounts
Customers must create an account at checkout in order to access purchased training.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. We accept no liability for unauthorised access resulting from failure to protect your account credentials.
4. Webinar Access
Access to live webinars is granted only to registered and paid participants.
Microsoft Teams links must not be shared. Any unauthorised sharing of access links may result in immediate removal from the session without refund.
We reserve the right to refuse access where misuse or abuse is identified.
5. Certificates and Assessments
Where a certificate is offered, it is issued only upon successful completion of the associated online assessment.
A pass mark of 80% is required. Participants may retake the assessment until the pass mark is achieved.
Certificates are issued digitally and sent to the email address registered on the user account.
6. Discounts and Promotions
Promotional offers, including “Buy 3 Get the 4th Free” and “Buy 2 Get 1 Free”, are applied automatically where eligibility criteria are met.
Discounts are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively.
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
We operate a strict no-refunds policy. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
If we cancel or reschedule, you will be offered the option to transfer to another date if available or choose a different webinar to attend.
8. Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that you have a suitable internet connection and compatible device to access live webinars and online content.
We are not responsible for disruption caused by local network failures, hardware issues, or software incompatibility on the user’s device.
9. Intellectual Property
All training materials, recordings, documents, assessments, and certificates remain the intellectual property of Vocational Training Services.
Content may not be copied, shared, recorded, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.
10. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.
Payment details are processed securely by our payment provider and are not stored on our servers.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in training, except where required by law.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the relevant webinar or course.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page and apply to future bookings.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
