VTS will seek at all times to enthuse and engage our learners so that any barriers to inclusion or achievement are recognised and overcome. We will aim to treat our learners with dignity and respect and to meet their learning needs on an individual basis, in turn bringing skills and expertise to our employers and the sectors in which we work. We will inspire our learners to develop their self-esteem and confidence, so that a belief that they can achieve becomes their reality!
