Where is my webinar link?

Your live webinar link will appear inside your course.

Please log in and go to your My Courses page, then click the relevant course.
The webinar link will be shown in the first section of the course, titled:

“Join the live webinar (Microsoft Teams)”

The link becomes available 24 hours before the session start time.

When should I log in?

We recommend logging in around 5 minutes before the webinar is due to start.

For ease of access, you may wish to bookmark your My Courses page so you can return to it quickly on the day.

What if I miss the live session?

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please don’t worry.

Our webinars run on multiple dates throughout the year. You can attend the next available session for your course when it becomes available. Check your My Courses page for more details.

Your course access remains active until you have completed the webinar and assessment.

What do I do after the webinar?

After the webinar has finished:

  1. Return to your course
  2. Mark the webinar lesson as Complete
  3. You will then be able to access the final quiz

The quiz requires an 80% pass mark, and you may retake it if needed.

When do I receive my certificate?

Your certificate is issued automatically once you successfully pass the final quiz.

You will be able to download your certificate directly from the course after completion or from your My Course page.

How long does my certificate last?
  • Baby Room Training:
    Certificates are valid for two years from the date of course completion.
    You will receive a reminder before your certificate expires, encouraging you to retake the course if required.
  • Wellbeing Webinars:
    Certificates do not have an expiry date.
I’ve purchased more than one course – how do I access them?

All courses you are enrolled in can be accessed via your My Courses page.

Each course is completed separately and will issue its own certificate once the assessment is passed.

I’m having trouble accessing my course

Please check that you are:

  • Logged in using the same email address used at checkout
  • Accessing the course via your My Courses page
